This version of the famed tank was produced in limited numbers (approximately 241 units) and fitted a specially mounted howitzer in place of the standard main gun — enabling it to fire high-explosive, smoke and HEAT rounds to support infantry assaults.
The kit boasts precision engineering and fine detail: a newly tooled Mk V cast-construction turret, realistic suspension with metal coil springs, accurate mudguards with authentic parting lines, two styles of rivet detail for the side armour plates, clear vision blocks and a wealth of photo-etched metal parts for superb super‐detailing.
