Shipment processing time

Delivery of your goods will normally be between 2 and 4 days after the order is placed

Our daily cut off time for orders is 14:00 GMT/BST

All orders are processed by us within 2 business days (orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays) and delivered to the carrier.

We use Evri and Royal Mail as our carriers. Both carriers have a Tracked 48 hour service.

Important Note on Delivery Times

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently charge a flat rate of £3.50 for addresses within the UK

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
