The Centurion AVRE replaced the Churchill AVRE in British Army service from the 1960s, mounting a 165mm demolition gun on the Centurion Mk.5 hull for use in the assault engineer role. It served into the 1980s. AFV Club's 1/35 kit captures the distinctive large-bore gun, dozer blade fittings, and AVRE-specific equipment with authentic British Army markings. A rarely-kitted and visually striking subject for Cold War British armour collectors.
