The Sd.Kfz.232 (8-Rad) was Germany's heavy eight-wheeled armoured car of the early war period, equipped with a 20mm cannon and a distinctive frame aerial for long-range radio communication. Its all-wheel steering gave it remarkable cross-country agility for a vehicle of its size. AFV Club's 1/35 kit captures the early production variant's open-topped turret and frame aerial in authentic detail, with markings for the Polish and French campaigns. A distinctive and well-engineered subject.
