Explore the Anson's reconnaissance and training service with the Airfix 1/48 Avro Anson Mk.I, kit A09191. This twin-engine aircraft offers a different subject from the fighters and heavy bombers of the period, making an appealing addition to a collection celebrating British aviation and Commonwealth service.

Three marking options distinguish this release: N9732 of No.500 (County of Kent) Squadron, Royal Auxiliary Air Force, at RAF Detling; a No.71 Squadron Royal Australian Air Force camouflage trials aircraft at Lowood, Queensland, in October 1943; and an aircraft of No.31 General Reconnaissance School, Royal Canadian Air Force, at Charlottetown in 1941.

The 1/48 scale gives room to enjoy assembly and finishing while choosing between three contrasting historical subjects. This is the original A09191 boxing, with British, Australian and Canadian options, rather than the alternative marking set supplied in A09191A.

Manufacturer: Airfix; scale: 1/48; kit reference: A09191. This is an unassembled plastic model kit with decals. Assembly and painting are required, with glue and paints supplied separately.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Unless otherwise stated these models will need some construction and painting. Glues and paints are not included.
