Bring a familiar airshow favourite to your workbench with the Airfix 1/72 RAF Red Arrows Hawk Starter Set, kit A55002. The team's distinctive red aircraft make an instantly recognisable display subject, whether this is your first model or an addition to an RAF collection.
Designed with newcomers in mind, this plastic kit uses 24 parts and is rated at Airfix skill level 1. It is a model to assemble and paint, rather than a pre-painted push-together Quickbuild kit, giving the builder an introduction to the traditional modelling process.
The starter set includes water-based acrylic paints, adhesive, a brush and decals, together with painting guidance. A 'shadow-effect' stand is also supplied to display the finished aircraft. Once built, the Hawk measures approximately 15.5 cm long with a wingspan of 13.1 cm, making it easy to find a place for on a shelf.
Manufacturer: Airfix; scale: 1/72; kit reference: A55002. Assembly and painting are required. The included paints, glue and brush make this a convenient starting point for building a model of the RAF's famous aerobatic team.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Unless otherwise stated these models will need some construction and painting. Glues and paints are not included.
