Amodel’s 1/72 Hawker Osprey III/IV Floatplane brings a distinctive subject to the modelling bench. This unassembled plastic model kit is identified by manufacturer reference 72241.
About the subject
The Hawker Osprey carried the elegant lines of the inter-war Hawker biplane family into naval reconnaissance work. In floatplane form, its twin floats give the aircraft a very different stance from a land-based fighter or trainer. It makes an attractive subject for a Fleet Air Arm, maritime aviation or silver-wings collection.
