The Hurricane Mk I was the RAF's primary fighter at the outbreak of war and bore the brunt of the Battle of Britain, destroying more Luftwaffe aircraft than all other British defences combined. Its robust fabric-covered rear fuselage and wide-track undercarriage made it a forgiving platform in combat conditions. Arma Hobby's 1/48 kit captures the Mk I in Battle of Britain configuration with authentic RAF squadron markings. A cornerstone subject for any British aviation collection at this scale.
