The Hurricane Mk I Trop served in the Western Desert, Malta, and the Middle East from 1940 onwards, its Vokes sand filter immediately distinguishing it from European-theatre Hurricanes. Arma Hobby's 1/48 kit captures the tropical Mk I with authentic sand and spinach desert camouflage and markings for multiple desert theatre units. A fine larger-scale complement to the standard Mk I kit for North Africa and Malta collectors.
