The F-6C was the photo-reconnaissance conversion of the P-51C Mustang, carrying K-17 or K-24 cameras in place of some armament for long-range tactical photography missions over occupied Europe and the Mediterranean. Arma Hobby's 1/72 kit captures the F-6C's camera ports and modified fuselage with authentic USAAF reconnaissance unit markings. An unusual and specialist Mustang variant for reconnaissance aviation collectors.
