The Tiger Moth served with both Republican and Nationalist forces during the Spanish Civil War in light reconnaissance and training roles — an early operational use of a type that would go on to train tens of thousands of Commonwealth pilots. AZmodel's 1/72 kit captures the Tiger Moth in Spanish Civil War markings, with authentic period insignia for both sides. An unusual and historically specific treatment of a universally familiar aircraft.
