Add a distinctive Fleet Air Arm subject to your collection with AZmodel’s 1/72 Fairey Fulmar Mk.I. Its two-seat layout and carrier-fighter role offer a clear contrast with the single-seat fighters more often found on a Second World War aircraft shelf.
About the aircraft
The Fulmar was designed around the Royal Navy’s requirement for a fighter carrying both a pilot and an observer. It served aboard British aircraft carriers in the early war years, where the observer supported navigation and fleet operations over open water.
A place in your collection
A fitting subject for a naval aviation collection, particularly one exploring the aircraft used before the Fleet Air Arm’s later wartime fighters. Manufacturer kit reference AZ7565 identifies this Mk.I boxing.
