Give your Mustang collection a unit-focused subject with AZmodel’s 1/72 P-51B Mustang 52nd Fighter Group boxing. The high-backed P-51B brings a different silhouette to a display alongside later bubble-canopy Mustangs.
About the aircraft
The 52nd Fighter Group served in the Mediterranean theatre during the Second World War and flew Mustangs after earlier service with Spitfires. The P-51’s combination of range and performance made it an important aircraft in Allied fighter operations.
