The Spitfire Mk.IXc served on both sides of the 1948 Arab-Israeli War — with the fledgling Israeli Air Force and the Royal Egyptian Air Force — making it one of the few aircraft types to have fought itself in combat. This AZmodel 1/72 dual pack covers both operators in a single kit with decals for both air arms. A dramatic and historically compelling double subject for Middle East aviation and post-war Spitfire collectors.
