Das Werk's 1/35 VK4501(P) Rammtiger (kit DW35018) depicts the experimental Porsche-designed Tiger variant repurposed as a tank destroyer concept, armed with the 128mm Pak gun installation and featuring the distinctive heavily sloped hull of the Ferdinand/Elefant lineage. The VK4501(P) hull was famously rejected as a Tiger I basis in favour of the Henschel design, with the 90 completed hulls subsequently converted into the Ferdinand. A niche and historically fascinating subject from Das Werk's specialist armour range.
