Eduard's 1/48 ProfiPACK Albatros D.V (kit 8113) depicts the sesquiplane fighter that equipped the majority of German Jastas during 1917, powered by the Mercedes D.IIIa inline engine. Despite its elegant appearance, the D.V was considered inferior to its predecessor the D.III due to lower wing structural issues — famously criticised by von Richthofen himself. ProfiPACK includes photo-etched detail parts, lozenge decal options, and markings for multiple Jasta aircraft.
