Eduard's 1/48 Weekend Edition Bf 110D (kit 8409) represents the extended-range variant of the Zerstörer, fitted with the distinctive ventral Dackelbauch drop tank for increased endurance during the Battle of Britain. The D-series introduced under-fuselage fuel provisions, though the Bf 110 ultimately proved unable to protect itself against RAF fighters during the daylight Battle of Britain. Weekend Edition format with Battle of Britain and North African theatre marking options.
