Eduard's 1/48 ProfiPACK Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero Type 52a (kit 82216) depicts the mid-production variant of the definitive A6M5 series, featuring individual exhaust stacks for increased thrust and a thicker wing skinning compared to earlier marks. By 1944 the Type 52 was Japan's standard carrier fighter, though increasingly outclassed by the F6F Hellcat and F4U Corsair. ProfiPACK includes photo-etched parts and multiple IJN unit marking options.
