The Badger was a Canadian conversion of the Ram tank chassis — itself a Canadian-built derivative of the M3 Lee — fitted with a Wasp Mk II flamethrower in place of the hull machine gun. Used by the 1st Canadian Army in the final stages of the campaign in NW Europe, Badgers were invaluable for clearing fortified buildings, bunkers, and dug-in infantry positions where conventional armour struggled. The late production version incorporated improvements from operational experience. This Gecko Models 1/35 kit (35GM0086) is one of the very few kits of this rare and historically significant Canadian AFV.
