The Harrier GR.9 was the definitive version of the RAF's legendary jump jet, representing the culmination of four decades of development from the original P.1127 concept. Upgraded with a more powerful Rolls-Royce Pegasus engine, improved avionics, and an expanded precision-guided munitions capability, the GR.9 flew its final combat missions over Afghanistan before the type was controversially retired in 2010. Hobby 2000's 1/48 scale kit faithfully reproduces the GR.9's mature airframe with crisp panel detail, weapons options, and authentic late-service RAF markings.
A must-have for any collection focused on British fast jets or modern air power.
