The Panzerkampfwagen 38(t) was a Czech-designed light tank (the LT vz. 38) taken into German service after the occupation of Czechoslovakia, and it formed a significant component of Panzer divisions in Poland, France, and the opening of Barbarossa. Well-engineered and reliable, it was eventually phased out as a gun tank as its armour became inadequate, but its chassis went on to spawn the Marder III, Grille, and Hetzer tank destroyer series. This HobbyBoss 1/16 kit (82603) builds the Ausf.E/F variant at the impressive large scale with a fully detailed interior, including the crew compartment, engine bay, and ammunition storage — ideal for a display model with hatches open.
