The Flakpanzer V Coelian was a German project to mount a twin 37mm Flakzwilling 341 anti-aircraft gun system on the Panther tank hull, addressing the need for a mobile air defence vehicle capable of keeping up with armoured formations. Although a full-size wooden mock-up was produced and evaluated, the Coelian never entered production — only the mock-up is confirmed to have existed. It remains one of the most intriguing and visually striking of the late-war German paper panzer designs. This HobbyBoss 1/35 kit (84535) is one of very few scale models of this proposed Panther-based SPAA vehicle.
