The Tiger II (Königstiger) February 1945 production variant represents the very last of Germany's heavy tank production, manufactured at Henschel's Kassel plant in the final weeks before Allied bombing and raw material shortages ended production entirely. These late-war vehicles incorporated simplified manufacturing techniques to speed assembly, including changes to welding, zimmerit elimination, and component simplification. The February 1945 production Tiger IIs were among the last to see combat in the defence of Germany. This HobbyBoss 1/35 kit (84532) captures this final production configuration in precise detail.
