The Lancia 3Ro was Italy's standard medium truck of the Second World War — a robust and widely produced vehicle that carried the Regio Esercito's supplies across the deserts of North Africa, the mountains of Greece and Albania, and the plains of the Eastern Front. Its distinctive Italian cab styling and overall proportions give it a quite different character from the German, British, or American trucks of the same period, and for modellers of the Italian armed forces it is as essential as the Bedford QL is for a British collection. IBG's 1/72 kit establishes the baseline 3Ro in cargo configuration with authentic desert and European markings.
