The Rosomak Medevac is the dedicated medical evacuation variant of Poland's wheeled IFV, fitted with stretcher accommodation, medical equipment, and the necessary layout changes to transport casualties from the battlefield to medical facilities while providing the same armoured protection as the fighting variants. Medical evacuation vehicles are an essential but rarely modelled component of any modern armoured formation, and the Medevac Rosomak fills this gap in the Polish order of battle. The distinctive red cross markings and medical equipment fit make this variant immediately identifiable and a natural companion to the fighting Rosomak variants in a complete Polish formation display.
