The "Essentials" range provides 3D-printed resin detail parts for IBG's own Spitfire Mk.Vb kit — in this case the later-pattern windscreen with its revised armoured glass and frame arrangement that replaced the earlier Mk.I/II style screen. Getting the windscreen right is critical to an accurate Spitfire Mk.V, as the later pattern is immediately visible and distinguishes later-production and modified aircraft from earlier examples. A straightforward but meaningful upgrade that requires no modification to fit the IBG Spitfire Mk.Vb kit directly.
