IBG’s 1/72 TYPE89 Japanese Medium tank KOU-gasoline Hybrid-production brings this particular subject to the workbench as an unassembled scale model kit. The release is identified by manufacturer reference 72039, so you can distinguish it from other versions and editions of the same design.
About the subject
The Japanese Type 89 was an early medium tank whose design reflects the interwar approach to infantry-support armour. Its tall profile and older running-gear layout provide a clear contrast with later Japanese tank development.
