The Ford V3000S was one of Germany's most important medium trucks of the Second World War — a three-ton vehicle produced in large numbers and serving across every front from the Arctic to North Africa. Based on the pre-war Ford V8 commercial chassis adapted for military use, the V3000S was the Wehrmacht's equivalent of the Bedford QL, carrying the ammunition, food, and equipment that kept German forces in the field. The standard cargo body with its slatted sides and canvas cover is instantly recognisable as the archetypal German military truck of the period, and it is essential to any German logistics or supply column display.
The German Army's standard medium truck — the V3000S that kept the Wehrmacht supplied on every front.
