The Typ 2,5-32 in the 1.5-tonne configuration was one of the standard German light trucks of the Second World War, produced by multiple manufacturers to a common military specification as part of Germany's Einheits (standardised) vehicle programme. These light trucks served in every branch of the Wehrmacht and were used for a vast range of logistics, signals, and support tasks — the backbone of the German Army's light vehicle logistics as much as the larger Opel Blitz was the backbone of medium transport. ICM's kit provides an accurate and well-detailed representation of this common but historically important vehicle type in its standard light truck form.
