ICM’s 1/350 WWII German KFK Kriegsfischkutter Multi-Purpose Boat brings a distinctive subject to the modelling bench. This unassembled plastic model kit is identified by manufacturer reference S.018.
About the subject
The Kriegsfischkutter shows the smaller working side of Germany's wartime navy, rather than the capital ships that dominate many maritime displays. Its fishing-cutter origins are visible in the compact hull and practical wheelhouse, combined with military equipment. It makes a characterful subject for a coastal scene or a collection of small naval craft.
Building your collection
Build a same-scale naval display around the vessel’s role, or give it a waterside setting that shows its proportions beside related ships and small craft.
