ICM Acrylic Primer Russian Green (№2007) is a water-based primer designed to prepare plastic, resin, and metal surfaces for acrylic paint application.
A Russian green primer base is ideal for Soviet and Russian armour and vehicles, reducing the number of paint coats needed to achieve an accurate base colour. Compatible with all ICM acrylic paints and most other water-based acrylics. Suitable for brush and airbrush application.
