The Avia Ba.33 was a Czechoslovak single-seat biplane fighter produced in the late 1920s, designed by Avia’s engineering team as an indigenous follow-on to their earlier licence-built types. Sleek for its era with a clean radial engine installation, the Ba.33 served with the Czechoslovak Air Force through the early 1930s. The Metal Prop variant refers to aircraft fitted with the later metal propeller in place of the original wooden unit — a small but visually distinguishing detail for the serious modeller. KP Models are the natural home for Czech interwar aviation subjects.
