The Harkonnen Ornithopter is one of the most distinctive vehicles in Denis Villeneuve's Dune — darker, more aggressive in profile than the Atreides equivalent, designed by Patrice Vermette to visually express the brutal, industrial nature of House Harkonnen in contrast to the more graceful Atreides design. Its insectoid lines and menacing proportions make it a striking display subject, and Meng's 1/72 kit captures the Harkonnen Ornithopter's geometry and surface texture with impressive accuracy. An ideal companion to the Atreides Ornithopter (DS-007) for collectors displaying both sides of the conflict on Arrakis.
