The B-24 Liberator was produced in greater numbers than any other American aircraft of the Second World War — over 18,400 built — and served on every front and in every role from strategic bombing and maritime patrol to transport and photo reconnaissance. Its distinctive high-aspect-ratio Davis wing gave it exceptional range, making it the preferred aircraft for long-range missions across the Pacific and Atlantic. Meng's mEgg series shrinks the Liberator's twin-tail, slab-sided fuselage into a compact chibi kit, the four engine nacelles and characteristic oval fuselage cross-section immediately recognisable. Snap-together, paint-optional.
