Mirage Hobby 1/72 C7P Artillery Tractor (728091)

The C7P was Poland's primary heavy artillery tractor of the interwar period, developed in the early 1930s on the chassis of the 7TP light tank to provide the Polish Army with a capable tracked prime mover for its heavier guns. Using a shared chassis with the 7TP meant that many components were interchangeable, simplifying logistics and maintenance — a practical approach to military vehicle procurement that Poland's limited industrial capacity made especially valuable. The C7P towed heavy artillery pieces including the 155mm howitzer and served with Polish artillery units during the September 1939 campaign, where a number were captured and subsequently used by the Wehrmacht. As one of the few kits available of this important Polish support vehicle, Mirage Hobby's 1/72 offering fills a genuine gap in coverage of the Polish Army's ground forces.
