On the North African front, the Sd.Kfz.250/3 served as a compact armoured command and communications half-track. “Greif” is closely associated with Erwin Rommel and the Afrika Korps, making it a distinctive subject among desert-campaign vehicles. Takom’s 1/35 Sd.Kfz.250/3 “GREIF” (2194) brings that command half-track to the workbench for a North Africa display or diorama.
A recognisable command vehicle from the desert war in 1/35 scale.
