The P-51K was a Dallas-built variant of the D-series, differing primarily in its Aeroproducts propeller in place of the Hamilton Standard unit — a detail that distinguishes it from the standard P-51D. It served extensively in both the ETO and Pacific. Arma Hobby's 1/72 kit captures the K-variant's propeller and authentic markings. A useful variant distinction for dedicated Mustang collections.
