The Lippisch P.13a was one of the most radical German aircraft concepts of the late war period — a delta-wing interceptor designed to run on coal as fuel, reflecting Germany's desperate shortage of aviation-grade fuel by 1944–45. It never flew in the war. Armory Models Group's 1/144 scale kit pairs the P.13a with a Kettenkrad tracked motorcycle, offering both a fascinating “what if” subject and a useful ground vehicle for diorama work. A genuinely unusual combination for collectors of experimental Luftwaffe aircraft.
