Eduard's 1/48 FM-2 Wildcat (kit 11175) represents the General Motors-built lightweight variant of the Wildcat, fitted with the more powerful Wright R-1820-56 Cyclone engine and a taller fin to counter the increased torque. The FM-2 was operated exclusively from escort carriers in both the Atlantic and Pacific, providing fleet defence and ground support. Detailed 1/48 kit with USN and Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm marking options.
