Eduard's 1/48 Weekend Edition Spitfire Mk.Vb Early (kit 84198) represents the initial B-wing configuration of the Merlin 45-powered Spitfire V, which became the most-produced Spitfire mark with over 6,400 built. The Mk.Vb early featured two 20mm Hispano cannon and four .303 Brownings. Weekend Edition format with decals for multiple RAF Fighter Command squadron markings from 1941–42.
