Esci's 1/72 Polish Lancers (kit 218) represents the Chevau-légers lanciers polonais de la Garde Impériale — Napoleon's elite Polish light cavalry of the Imperial Guard, raised from Polish volunteers fiercely loyal to the Emperor. Armed with lance and sabre, they served with distinction across the Peninsula and into Russia, and were among the last units to fight at Waterloo. Mounted figures in the distinctive Krakus-influenced uniform with czapka helmet, sculpted in dynamic charging poses. An essential addition to any Grande Armée or Waterloo diorama.
This model kit is still factory film wrapped but the wrap is split at the end. Kit is complete and un-started.
