Frog 1/72 Vickers Vimy (F163)

The Vickers Vimy is one of aviation's great landmarks — the aircraft flown by Alcock and Brown on the first non-stop transatlantic crossing in June 1919, and by Ross and Keith Smith on the first England-to-Australia flight later that year. Originally designed as a WWI heavy bomber, it never saw combat but earned its place in history through these epic post-war pioneer flights. This vintage Frog 1/72 kit (F163) recreates the twin-engined biplane in classic mid-century injection moulding, a fitting subject for any aviation history collection.
