The JS Atago (DDG-177) is the lead ship of the Japan Maritime Self-Defence Force's Atago-class guided-missile destroyers — among the most capable surface combatants in the world, equipped with the Aegis combat system, Mk 41 vertical launch cells, and an advanced radar suite designed to counter both air and ballistic missile threats. A formidable symbol of modern Japanese naval power, the Atago cuts an imposing silhouette with her sleek hull and densely packed superstructure. This Hasegawa 1/450 scale kit captures that presence in precise detail, with finely moulded hull and superstructure components and authentic JMSDF markings.
This kit is from our Preloved collection. This kit shows signs of storage ie rubbed corners and slight dishing of the lid. Kit is complete and un-started. Instructions and decals are present. Sprue bags are still factory sealed.
