The White 666 was a standard 2½-ton 6x6 cargo truck widely used by the US Army throughout World War II for transporting troops, supplies, and ammunition. Supplied under Lend-Lease in substantial numbers to the Soviet Union, it became a familiar sight on the Eastern Front and was known to Soviet crews as the "Studebaker" (even though this example is the White-built variant). The hard-top cab version provided better crew protection in cold weather theatres. This HobbyBoss 1/35 kit (83801) builds this essential but often overlooked logistics vehicle that kept Allied armies moving.
