In 1/35 scale the Scammell Pioneer SV/2S becomes a genuinely large and impressive model — the Pioneer was a big vehicle in real life and at full diorama scale that mass is fully apparent, creating a model that dominates any scene it appears in. The winch, jib, and recovery equipment are rendered with the detail that 1/35 scale permits, and the cab interior, chassis, and suspension are fully accessible for ambitious builders who want to push the model to competition standard. The 1/35 Pioneer SV/2S is the kind of kit that forms the centrepiece of a display rather than a supporting actor, and IBG's engineering does full justice to one of Britain's most impressive military vehicles.
The Pioneer at full diorama scale — a massive and impressive centrepiece for any 1/35 British vehicle display.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Unless otherwise stated these models will need some construction and painting. Glues and paints are not included.
