The Bedford MWC Water Bowser was a vital but entirely unglamorous component of military logistics — the vehicle that brought drinking water, cooking water, and vehicle coolant to forward positions where men and machines couldn't function without it. In the desert campaign, water was as precious as ammunition, and the water bowser crews who drove to the forward areas and back were performing a service as essential as any supply run. The late production variant features refinements to the bowser body and fittings that distinguish it from earlier examples, and IBG's 1/72 kit captures these details with characteristic precision.
