The Focke-Wulf Fw 189C/V6 was the ground attack development of the distinctive twin-boom Uhu, fitted with a heavily armoured and redesigned central nacelle housing a crew of two and armament for close support operations. Only a small number of prototype and pre-production aircraft were completed before the programme was cancelled in favour of other priorities, making the Fw 189C/V6 one of the rarer and more specialist Luftwaffe subjects available to the dedicated modeller. ICM's willingness to produce this unusual variant reflects their thorough approach to covering the full spectrum of Luftwaffe development aircraft alongside the production types.
