KP Models’s 1/72 Schneider Grunau Baby IIb brings this particular subject to the workbench as an unassembled scale model kit. The release is identified by manufacturer reference KPM0357, so you can distinguish it from other versions and editions of the same design.
About the subject
The Grunau Baby was a widely used training sailplane whose simple structure helped introduce many pilots to gliding. Its open cockpit and slender wings make it an appealing subject for a collection of classic unpowered aircraft.
Building your collection
A natural addition to a civil-aviation display, where its proportions and role can be compared with other touring, training or utility aircraft in the same scale.
